The HP Officejet Pro 7740 allows printing in 3 modes :

• Draft mode : allows you to view your prints in advance without using too much ink, via this mode you can print up to 34 pages per minute (ppm), in color as in black and white.
• Normal mode : for everyday printing with professional quality, here you can print up to 21 pages per minute in black and white as well as 17 ppm in color. The resolution is 1200 x 1200 dpi.

Digitization

The scanner can scan in duplex at up to 14 images per minute (ipm) in black and white as well as 11 ipm in color, all with a resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi . The color depth and the 256 shades of gray increase the quality of the scans. You can scan up to A3 size .

It is possible to scan directly to a USB key in PDF, JPG, PEG and other formats, but also to an email.

Photocopy

The copier can copy in draft mode at up to 33 copies per minute (cpm) in black and white and 31 cpm in color. You can copy in classic mode with a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi at up to 18 cpm in black and white and 13 cpm in colour.

You can also copy a range placed in the photocopier up to 99 times, and also enlarge or shrink it from 25 to 400 % before photocopying it. The ID Copy function allows you to photocopy directly on both sides of an identity card on the same sheet.

Fax

The fax machine can fax in color with a resolution of 300 x 300 dpi. The fax can store up to 100 sent or received pages and can fax at a speed of 4 seconds per page. You can also store up to 99 different fax numbers.
